RADAR RIDE 2009...JOB DONE!

So that was the 2009 RADAR RIDE and boy, did it have the lot! A bigger entry than the 08 event, a new name, a better kit, more kit, more signs, apocalyptic weather, crashes, splashes and plenty of road rashes. And in amongst all this the trials of a 10-year old boy who turned out of Wanlockhead and pointed his bike towards the sky.

This is the story of the original Summit Sportive  - 2009 edition - and those who rose to the challenge of the highest road in Scotland.
